We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time and urge you to check them carefully before you make a purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The use of our site and any contracts formed are governed by English law.
2. Orders & Payments
Once you are ready to order, add the items of choice to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout following the instructions on the screen. You will be directed to Sagepay or PayPal to make your payment securely and payment can be made either via a paypal account or via card. All payments should be made in Pound Sterling only. We do not accept cheques unless by prior arrangement.
Alternatively, you can opt to use the 'pay offline' button which will send us your order without payment being taken. We will then contact you to organise a deposit payment.
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
If an item has been priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to supply at the correct price and will inform you of this prior to delivery.
All items are subject to stock/manufacturing availability.
We will arrange for delivery to the address which you specify when ordering. Unless we state otherwise on our website. Please always add the correct delivery address - we cannot accept liability for incorrect information supplied by you.
When we deliver your items to you you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.
Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
4. Problems with your order
Please check your order carefully upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if you believe you have been sent incorrect items or are missing items. We will not be able to rectify any issues after this time.
4b. Defective Items
We will accept returns on defective / incorrect items only.
For orders placed within 6 months:-
If a customer returns an item due to a fault we will be happy to supply a replacement or a credit note to you for the faulty item. Please do not refer your customer to us as we cannot deal with your them directly due to insincere and time consuming claims which we cannot corroborate.
For orders placed after 6 months:-
We cannot credit or replace an item that has been in your possession for more than 6 months.
4d. Damage caused by Customer Care
We reserve the right to reject returns when they are clearly caused by lack of care either by the customer or the retailer stocking the items. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos and copy on this site remains the property of the owners. Any unauthorised use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.
We will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any product or pricing information which we place on the site but we make no warranties
There are links on our website to third party websites which we believe may be of interest to you. We do not have any control over the content of these websites nor can we be liable in respect of anything contained on these websites.
